moderado<\/strong> pero constante de casos de<strong> COVID-19<\/strong>, que se refleja en el incremento en <strong>positivos, hospitalizados y muertes.<\/strong> Hemos <strong>bajado la guardia<\/strong> y el precio es <strong>alto<\/strong><\/span><span >.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >En las calles de Puebla <strong>capital<\/strong>, por ejemplo, y salvo por las postales de los <strong>rostros cubiertos con mascarillas<\/strong>, no hay diferencias con los tiempos del antes del <strong>coronavirus<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><strong>Tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong> intenso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><strong>Aglomeraciones<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La <strong>movilidad<\/strong> es la misma de los d\u00edas <strong>cotidianos<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Pero estamos en <strong>contingencia<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es tiempo de <strong>recordar<\/strong> que no todo lo hace ni es <strong>responsabilidad<\/strong> de los <strong>gobiernos<\/strong> y que nadie ha <strong>pedido<\/strong> que se apaguen las <strong>alertas<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Puebla volvi\u00f3 a rebasar en el informe de este jueves los <strong>200 casos diarios en promedio,<\/strong> que no se ve\u00edan desde <strong>septiembre<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >El n\u00famero estimado de <strong>casos activos<\/strong> vuelve a acercarse al <strong>millar<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Hay al momento un c\u00e1lculo de <strong>929<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Nuevamente nos acercamos a la decena de <strong>fallecimientos<\/strong> (en el m\u00e1s <strong>reciente informe<\/strong> se dio cuenta de <strong>9<\/strong>). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Hay <strong>408 hospitalizados<\/strong> y m\u00e1s de<strong> 70 graves. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Repasar los datos debe<strong> generar conciencia. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es una <strong>muy buena noticia<\/strong> que la <strong>vacuna<\/strong> se <strong>aproxime<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Hay varios <strong>laboratorios<\/strong> con su propia <strong>f\u00f3rmula<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es una muy buena <strong>competencia<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Una carrera que se <strong>agradece<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Var\u00edan la<strong> potencial eficiencia<\/strong>, de cada una. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Este martes, el canciller <strong>Marcelo Ebrard<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 que <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, como la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea,<\/strong> estar\u00eda listo para <strong>vacunar<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La opci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la de <strong>Pfizer<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><strong>Ebrard<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que, en cuanto la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Federal para la Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Cofepris)<\/strong> lo autorice, la vacuna comenzar\u00e1 a <strong>utilizarse<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >\u201cEs <strong>inminente<\/strong> que, si sale como hemos dicho y la<strong> autoridad regulatoria<\/strong> dice que se puede <strong>aprobar<\/strong>, M\u00e9xico estar\u00e1 en diciembre iniciando su <strong>proceso<\/strong>\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Hasta ah\u00ed <strong>suena<\/strong> todo muy bien. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Sin embargo, el <strong>proceso<\/strong> realmente <strong>detallado<\/strong> para que la <strong>vacuna<\/strong> llegue <strong>masivamente a la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no es nada sencillo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es un <strong>camino largo. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No todos podr\u00edan ser <strong>candidatos<\/strong> a su aplicaci\u00f3n, como ocurre tambi\u00e9n con otros <strong>medicamentos<\/strong> para otras <strong>enfermedades<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No en toda la poblaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda<strong> funcionar igual. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No se puede arruinar la <strong>\u201cnueva buena<\/strong>\u201d, pero tampoco podemos echar las <strong>campanas al vuelo. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La \u00fanica medida<strong> realmente efectiva<\/strong> en este momento contra el<strong> COVID-19<\/strong> es la <strong>prudencia<\/strong> y el <strong>distanciamiento social. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >El <strong>cuidado extremo. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >El uso de <strong>cubrebocas<\/strong> y las medidas de <strong>higiene<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Puebla, sobre todo la <strong>capital<\/strong> en donde est\u00e1<strong> 70 por ciento<\/strong> de los casos, es foco de la <strong>pandemia<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No lo <strong>olvidemos<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Se han <strong>desandado<\/strong> pasos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Estamos en los <strong>niveles<\/strong> que se registraban en <strong>septiembre<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Estamos a tiempo de una <strong>nueva contenci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es un tema de <strong>responsabilidad
