href=\"https:\/\/www.pueblaonline.com.mx\/archivo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/foto-toma.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span >El <strong>falso argumento<\/strong> de que, por tratarse de un <strong>delito federal, las autoridades municipales<\/strong> no deben participar en el combate del <strong><em>huachicol<\/em><\/strong> y el <strong><em>huachigas<\/em><\/strong>, tiene que traducirse como una<strong> omisi\u00f3n monumental<\/strong> o hasta una manifiesta <strong>complicidad criminal. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span >En estos <strong>il\u00edcitos<\/strong> siempre se cometen <strong>en paralelo<\/strong> otros m\u00e1s, que tienen que ver con las <strong>facultades del tercer nivel de gobierno: el Ayuntamiento. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Se configura la <strong>invasi\u00f3n<\/strong> de <strong>predios<\/strong>, como en el caso de <strong>San Pablo Xochimehuacan,<\/strong> junta auxiliar de <strong>Puebla capital. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><strong>Cohecho<\/strong> posible de <strong>funcionarios<\/strong> y <strong>polic\u00edas<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Casi siempre tambi\u00e9n otras <strong>modalidades<\/strong> de <strong>robo<\/strong> est\u00e1n en esos <strong>contextos<\/strong>: cilindros de gas, <strong>bidones<\/strong>, pipas,<strong> otros veh\u00edculos <\/strong>y un largo <strong>etc\u00e9tera<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Todos esos son <strong>delitos del fuero com\u00fan.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Que s\u00ed competen a la <strong>autoridad municipal. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Que est\u00e1n en torno al <strong>huachicol<\/strong> y al <strong><em>huachigas<\/em><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La v\u00edctima del <strong>hurto<\/strong> no es solamente <strong>Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex). <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Suponerlo delata <strong>supina ignorancia<\/strong> de quien lo argumente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Dando, sin embargo, por v\u00e1lido ese <strong>falso argumento, lo inexcusable<\/strong> y que les corresponde a los <strong>presidentes municipales y alcaldesas<\/strong> es <strong>denunciar<\/strong>, por supuesto, cuando conocen de una <strong>toma clandestina. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Ni siquiera se trata de que lo <strong>prueben<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No son<strong> Ministerio P\u00fablico ni Fiscal\u00eda. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La <strong>sospecha<\/strong> basta para dar parte a la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR). <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Para solicitar la <strong>intervenci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la <strong>Guardia Nacional. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Eso s\u00ed deben hacer, sin pretextos, los<strong> presidentes municipales. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Incluso, algunos <strong>ciudadanos tienen m\u00e1s valor y m\u00e1s valores,<\/strong> pues hacen las <strong>denuncias<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Y hay que cuidar su <strong>anonimato<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La <strong>cacer\u00eda<\/strong> de <strong><em>huachicoleros y huachigaseros, <\/em><\/strong>que tiene intensidad del desde el <strong>domingo pasado,<\/strong> luego de las explosiones de <strong>Xochimehuacan<\/strong>, competen a muchos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Nos involucra a <strong>todos<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >De ah\u00ed que sea tan <strong>falso y cobarde ese argumento<\/strong> de que el anterior<strong> gobierno municipal<\/strong> no intervino porque \u201cse trata de un<strong> tema federal\u201d. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Incluso la ex alcaldesa <strong>Claudia Rivera Vivanco<\/strong> se <strong>tropieza<\/strong> con ese propio dicho, al querer involucrar al <strong>gobierno del estado. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Lo puso en <strong>Twitter<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Si atendemos a su <strong>excusa<\/strong>, de que a ella no le correspond\u00eda por ser \u201c<strong>federal<\/strong>\u201d, pues tampoco entonces a las<strong> autoridades estatales. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Sin embargo, las autoridades del <strong>estado<\/strong> y del <strong>ayuntamiento<\/strong> fueron de las primeras de estar la madrugada del domingo en <strong>Xochimehuacan<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >El gobernador <strong>Miguel Barbosa Huerta<\/strong> el primero en asegurar que no habr\u00e1 <strong>impunidad<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Que todo se va a <strong>investigar<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La actual administraci\u00f3n capitalina de <strong>Eduardo Rivera P\u00e9rez <\/strong>ha ya dado parte a la <strong>FGR<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil es, en <strong>Twitter<\/strong>, desde una <strong>playa<\/strong>, se\u00f1alar que todo est\u00e1 mal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >La cacer\u00eda contra los <strong><em>huachigaseros<\/em><\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 este <strong>martes en Viveros del Valle. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Faltan <strong>revisi\u00f3n<\/strong> y cateos en <strong>Xonacatepec<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Aqu\u00ed presentamos la <strong>denuncia<\/strong> de los <strong>vecinos<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >De <strong>2019<\/strong> a la fecha, <strong>40 por ciento <\/strong>se han reducido las <strong>tomas clandestinas. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >No se trata de <strong>echar culpas,<\/strong> sino de actuar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Es lo que nunca entendi\u00f3 la tenebrosa <strong>administraci\u00f3n vivanquista. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Siempre se <strong>escud\u00f3<\/strong> y se <strong>victimiz\u00f3<\/strong> en el <strong>ominoso<\/strong> \u201ca m\u00ed no me toca\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >En el <strong>cobarde<\/strong> \u201ca m\u00ed no me <strong>corresponde<\/strong>\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Una<strong> vida se perdi\u00f3<\/strong> y otras est\u00e1n en <strong>vilo<\/strong>, por el <strong>caso Xochimehuacan. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Unas <strong>60 familias<\/strong> lo perdieron <strong>todo<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Son de las personas <strong>m\u00e1s pobres<\/strong> de esta ciudad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Ahora s\u00ed hay <strong>responsabilidades fuertes. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >A ver si el <strong>argumento<\/strong> de la <strong>violencia pol\u00edtica de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> les va a servir de <strong>algo<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Ahora s\u00ed <strong>les va a tocar. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span ><a
